1. What Is the SBI SCO Product & Research Recruitment 2026?
State Bank of India (SBI) has notified 7 regular Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) vacancies under Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/26: one Chief Manager (Product & Research – Forex & Rupee Derivatives) in SMGS-IV and six Manager (Product & Research Analyst) posts in MMGS-III, all with Mumbai as the suggested posting. Online applications run from 2 November 2026 to 23 November 2026, and selection is through shortlisting and a 100-mark interview only — there is no written exam.
This is not a mass-recruitment drive. It is a lateral hire for market professionals: an MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA is mandatory, and you need either 3 years (Manager) or 7 years (Chief Manager) of experience gained after that degree in equity, forex, debt or rupee-market research. The two posts sit in SBI's product and research side of treasury business, where the work is designing derivative products for corporate and retail clients and writing the research that supports them.
Most coverage of this notice reproduces its tables. This guide goes further on the questions that decide whether an application is worth filing: the exact date-of-birth windows, why the realistic age floor is higher than the printed minimum, the disability earmark on the single Chief Manager vacancy, gross pay at the dearness allowance (DA) rate in force from 1 November 2026, and which experience gets an application screened out.
Editorial Note (Last Updated: 3 November 2026): This guide is prepared by the Vacancy Vedika Editorial Team from the official SBI notification dated 2 November 2026. Figures marked as estimates (gross salary, effective age floor, fee for applying to both posts) are our calculations or readings of the notice, not SBI statements. The official advertisement on the SBI careers portal remains the final authority; check it for any corrigendum before you apply.
Key Takeaway: 7 regular SCO posts in Mumbai (1 Chief Manager SMGS-IV + 6 Manager MMGS-III); MBA/PGDM plus post-MBA market research experience is mandatory; apply online by 23 November 2026; selection is purely interview-based.
2. About State Bank of India and Its Global Markets Business
State Bank of India is India's largest public sector bank, and this recruitment is run by its Central Recruitment & Promotion Department (CRPD) at the Corporate Centre in Mumbai. The selected officers will work on products tied to SBI's forex and derivatives business, which SBI describes on its Global Markets page as one of the larger liquidity providers in the interbank market, with a presence in USD-INR futures and forwards.
Organization Profile
- Full Name: State Bank of India
- Recruiting Department: Central Recruitment & Promotion Department (CRPD), Corporate Centre, Mumbai
- Notifying Officer: General Manager (RP & PM)
- Cadre: Specialist Cadre (no conversion to General cadre)
- Careers Portal: sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings
- Query Desk: sbi.bank.in/web/careers/post-your-query
- Email (CRPD): crpd@sbi.co.in
SBI has hired for this kind of niche treasury role before. Under Advertisement CRPD/SCO/2016-17/14 the bank recruited a Chief Manager (Forex) in SMGS-IV, and the final select list published on 29 March 2017 carried exactly one registration number. Expect the 2026 Chief Manager post to be similarly selective: one seat, a shortlist decided by a bank-appointed committee, and a single final name.
Fraud Alert: The notice states that SBI does not endorse any coaching platform, consultant or individual claiming guaranteed selection or insider influence. Apply only through the sbi.bank.in careers portal; SBI does not charge anything beyond the ₹750 fee.
3. SBI SCO 2026 Important Dates
The application window for SBI SCO Advt. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/26 is 2 November 2026 to 23 November 2026, and all eligibility — age, qualification and experience — is judged as on 30 September 2026. As of 3 November 2026, that leaves 20 days to register and pay.
| Event | Date | What It Means for You |
|---|---|---|
| Notification Date | 2 November 2026 | Advertisement issued from Mumbai |
| Online Registration Opens | 2 November 2026 | Registration and fee payment start together |
| Last Date to Apply & Pay Fee | 23 November 2026 | Registration counts only after the fee is paid |
| Crucial Date for Eligibility | 30 September 2026 | Age, degree and experience are counted up to this date |
| OBC-NCL Certificate Validity Window | 1 April 2026 to date of interview | Certificate must be issued inside this window |
| PwBD Certificate Cut-off | On or before 23 November 2026 | Disability certificate dated after the last date is not valid |
| Shortlist / Interview | To be announced | Call letters by email or on the SBI website only |
Watch the Two Different Dates: Experience you gain in October or November 2026 does not count. A candidate who completes 3 years of post-MBA experience on 15 October 2026 is ineligible for the Manager post, even though the window is still open when they apply.
4. SBI SCO Product & Research Vacancy Details 2026
SBI has notified 7 vacancies in total: 1 Chief Manager (Unreserved) and 6 Manager posts (5 regular + 1 backlog), with 2 of the 7 seats carrying a horizontal PwBD-VI(LV) reservation for low-vision candidates. There are no ST or EWS vacancies in this advertisement.
| Post | Grade | Vacancy Type | SC | OBC | UR | Total | PwBD-VI(LV) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chief Manager (Product & Research – Forex & Rupee Derivatives) | SMGS-IV | Regular | – | – | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| Manager (Product & Research Analyst) | MMGS-III | Regular | 1 | 1 | 3 | 5 | – |
| Manager (Product & Research Analyst) | MMGS-III | Backlog | – | 1 | – | 1 | 1 |
| Grand Total | 1 | 2 | 4 | 7 | 2 | ||
What the vacancy table does not spell out
The only Chief Manager seat carries a PwBD-VI(LV) earmark. PwBD reservation in SBI is horizontal, meaning the disabled candidate is counted inside the parent category (UR here). With one seat and one horizontal PwBD reservation, the bank will look to fill this post with an eligible low-vision candidate first. The notice does not say what happens if no suitable PwBD candidate qualifies; in government practice such a seat is often filled by others or carried forward, but that is our reading, not SBI's statement. Non-PwBD candidates should still apply if eligible, knowing that the odds on this single seat are shaped by the earmark.
The Manager backlog seat is OBC plus PwBD-VI(LV). The single backlog vacancy belongs to OBC and carries the low-vision earmark. For a general-category Manager aspirant, the realistic contest is for the 3 UR seats, against candidates from every category who choose to compete on merit.
Low Vision has a defined medical threshold. The notice treats a candidate as low vision if visual acuity in the better eye, with best correction, is worse than 6/18 (20/60) but not below 3/60 (10/200), or if the field of vision is restricted to between 40 and 10 degrees. Benchmark disability means at least 40% of the specified disability, certified under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
Key Takeaway: 7 posts — CM 1 (UR, PwBD-VI earmarked), Manager 6 (UR 3, OBC 2, SC 1). Vacancies are provisional and SBI may change them without notice.
5. SBI SCO Eligibility 2026: Qualification and Experience
Both posts require an MBA, PGDM, PGDBM or PGDBA (or equivalent) from an institution recognised by a government body, AICTE or UGC, as on 30 September 2026, with preference for a Finance specialisation. What separates the two posts is the experience: 7 years in Forex and Rupee markets for Chief Manager versus 3 years in Equity, Forex or Debt research for Manager, both counted only after the MBA-level qualification.
Chief Manager (Forex & Rupee Derivatives) – SMGS-IV
- Mandatory: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM / PGDBA or equivalent
- Preference: Finance specialisation
- Preferred: CFA / FRM / CA / CMA (erstwhile ICWA)
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in Forex and Rupee markets
- Acceptable employers: corporates, research firms, brokerages, banks, NBFCs, mutual funds
- Skill: proficiency in spoken and written English
Manager (Product & Research Analyst) – MMGS-III
- Mandatory: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM / PGDBA or equivalent
- Preference: Finance specialisation
- Preferred: CFA / FRM / CA / CMA (erstwhile ICWA)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Equity, Forex or Debt research
- Acceptable employers: corporates, research firms, brokerages, banks, NBFCs, mutual funds
- Skill: proficiency in spoken and written English
How SBI will read your experience
| Experience Scenario | Counts? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Work done before completing the MBA/PGDM | No | Only post-basic-qualification experience is counted |
| Teaching or training finance at a college or coaching institute | No | The notice excludes teaching/training experience explicitly |
| Equity research analyst at a brokerage (applying for Manager) | Yes | Equity research is one of the three listed fields |
| Equity research analyst at a brokerage (applying for Chief Manager) | Unlikely | The CM post asks specifically for Forex and Rupee markets |
| Treasury dealer / FX sales at a bank | Likely for both | Falls within Forex markets if the certificate states it |
| Fixed-income or rates research at a mutual fund | Yes for Manager; arguably Rupee markets for CM | Debt research qualifies for Manager; CM eligibility depends on the certificate's wording |
| Part-time or freelance research | Risky | The notice asks for relevant full-time experience |
Certificate Wording Matters: SBI requires the experience certificate to state specifically that you worked in the relevant field. A generic "worked as Assistant Manager" letter may not prove forex or research experience. Ask your HR department for a letter naming the desk or function and the dates. If your degree certificate does not mention a specialisation, you also need a separate certificate from the university or college stating it.
CFA, FRM, CA and CMA are listed as preferred, not mandatory. The notice does not explain how preference will be applied, but the shortlisting committee sets its own parameters, so a completed CFA or FRM is one of the few levers a candidate controls before the interview stage.
For a post-wise check of which degree titles count as equivalent, how SBI treats CFA Level II or FRM Part I, and a sample experience-certificate format, read our SBI SCO Product & Research Eligibility Criteria 2026 guide.6. SBI SCO Age Limit 2026: Date-of-Birth Window and Relaxation
As on 30 September 2026, the Manager post requires an age of 24 to 36 years and the Chief Manager post 30 to 40 years for unreserved candidates. Converted to dates of birth, a UR Manager applicant must be born between 1 October 1989 and 30 September 2002, and a UR Chief Manager applicant between 1 October 1985 and 30 September 1996 (both dates inclusive).
| Post | Age Range (UR) | Born Not Earlier Than | Born Not Later Than |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manager (Product & Research Analyst) | 24 – 36 years | 1 October 1989 | 30 September 2002 |
| Chief Manager (Forex & Rupee Derivatives) | 30 – 40 years | 1 October 1985 | 30 September 1996 |
Category-wise upper age limit after relaxation
| Category | Relaxation | Manager Max Age | Chief Manager Max Age |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unreserved (UR) / EWS | Nil | 36 | 40 |
| OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) | 3 years | 39 | See note below |
| SC / ST | 5 years | 41 | See note below |
| PwBD-VI(LV) – UR | 10 years | 46 | 50 |
| PwBD-VI(LV) – OBC | 13 years | 49 | See note below |
| PwBD-VI(LV) – SC | 15 years | 51 | See note below |
Note on the Chief Manager post: The single Chief Manager vacancy is Unreserved. The notice says reserved-category candidates applying where no reservation exists may compete for UR vacancies if they meet all UR eligibility conditions. Read literally, an OBC or SC candidate applying for this UR-only post would have to fit the UR 30–40 band. The general instruction that reserved categories get relaxation "wherever applicable" leaves room for another reading, so if you are an OBC/SC candidate aged 41–45, raise the question through the SBI query link before relying on relaxation for this post. The PwBD-VI(LV) relaxation of 10 years for UR applies directly, because that earmark sits on the UR seat.
The realistic age floor is higher than the printed minimum
The printed minimum ages (24 and 30) rarely bind in practice, because experience is counted only after the MBA. A candidate who finishes a three-year bachelor's degree at 21 and a two-year MBA at 23 reaches 3 years of post-MBA experience at about 26, and 7 years at about 30. So most eligible Manager applicants will be 26 or older, and most Chief Manager applicants around 30 or older. This is our arithmetic on a typical Indian education path, not an SBI rule; a candidate who studied faster can be eligible earlier.
No Stacking: Age relaxations are not cumulative across items. OBC candidates in the creamy layer are not entitled to OBC relaxation and must apply as UR. Your category cannot be changed after you register.
7. SBI Chief Manager and Manager Salary 2026
The Manager post is in MMGS-III with a basic pay scale of ₹85,920–2,680/5–99,320–2,980/2–1,05,280, and the Chief Manager post is in SMGS-IV with ₹1,02,300–2,980/4–1,14,220–3,360/2–1,20,940. With bank officers' DA reported at 31.33% from 1 November 2026, entry-level basic plus DA works out to about ₹1,12,839 per month for Manager and ₹1,34,351 per month for Chief Manager, before HRA, CCA and other allowances.
Pay Structure at Entry (Estimated)
How the pay scale moves: every increment stage
SBI pay scales are written in a compressed code. "85,920–2,680/5–99,320" means five annual increments of ₹2,680 that take basic pay from ₹85,920 to ₹99,320. Expanded, the two scales look like this:
| Stage | Manager (MMGS-III) Basic | Chief Manager (SMGS-IV) Basic |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | ₹85,920 | ₹1,02,300 |
| 1st increment | ₹88,600 | ₹1,05,280 |
| 2nd increment | ₹91,280 | ₹1,08,260 |
| 3rd increment | ₹93,960 | ₹1,11,240 |
| 4th increment | ₹96,640 | ₹1,14,220 |
| 5th increment | ₹99,320 | ₹1,17,580 |
| 6th increment | ₹1,02,300 | ₹1,20,940 (scale maximum) |
| 7th increment | ₹1,05,280 (scale maximum) | – |
The MMGS-III scale has 8 stages and the SMGS-IV scale 7, so an officer reaches the ceiling within six to seven years unless promoted. The notice does not mention advance increments for prior experience; assume entry at the minimum unless SBI says otherwise in your offer letter.
Estimated monthly basic plus DA at entry and at the top of the scale
| Component | Manager – Entry | Manager – Max | Chief Manager – Entry | Chief Manager – Max |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Pay | ₹85,920 | ₹1,05,280 | ₹1,02,300 | ₹1,20,940 |
| DA @ 31.33% | ₹26,919 | ₹32,984 | ₹32,051 | ₹37,891 |
| Basic + DA | ₹1,12,839 | ₹1,38,264 | ₹1,34,351 | ₹1,58,831 |
| NPS employee share (10% of Basic + DA) | ₹11,284 | ₹13,826 | ₹13,435 | ₹15,883 |
How we calculated this: DA of 31.33% for November 2026 to January 2027 is as reported for bank officers under the 12th Bipartite Settlement (up from 27.83% in the previous quarter). DA changes every quarter. HRA, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Leave Fare Concession, medical cover and other perquisites are payable as per SBI rules but are not included above because the notice gives no amounts, and officers in Mumbai may receive bank-leased accommodation instead of HRA. Income tax is also excluded.
These figures are lower than the cost-to-company (CTC) headlines seen for SBI's contractual specialist roles, where the bank advertises negotiable annual CTC ceilings. This advertisement is for a regular scale post, so the trade-off is a fixed scale with job security and NPS in place of a negotiated contract package.
Read our SBI SCO Product & Research Salary Structure 2026 for estimated in-hand pay after NPS and tax, Mumbai HRA versus leased accommodation, and the SMGS-V and TEGS-VI promotion path.8. SBI SCO Application Fee 2026
The application fee and intimation charges are ₹750 for General, EWS and OBC candidates and nil for SC, ST and PwBD candidates, payable online only by debit card, credit card or internet banking. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other SBI recruitment.
| Category | Fee per Application | If Applying for Both Posts (Estimate) |
|---|---|---|
| General / EWS / OBC | ₹750 | ₹1,500 |
| SC / ST / PwBD | Nil | Nil |
The notice allows an otherwise eligible candidate to apply for both posts and treats each post's application separately when it comes to duplicates, so we expect a separate fee for each post. Payment gateway transaction charges, if any, are borne by the candidate. If a payment fails, make a fresh attempt; your registration is complete only once the fee is received by 23 November 2026.
Fee-Exemption Proof: SC/ST/PwBD candidates who pay nothing must produce a valid certificate in the prescribed format at document verification. Without it, the exemption claim fails and the candidature can be cancelled.
9. SBI SCO Selection Process 2026: Shortlisting and Interview
Selection for both posts has two stages: shortlisting by a bank-appointed committee, then a 100-mark interview. The final merit list is based on interview marks alone, and when candidates tie at the cut-off, the older candidate is ranked higher.
A committee sets its own shortlisting parameters, and meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee a call. Expect screening on depth and relevance of experience, preferred certifications and the quality of your resume and biodata form. Shortlisting is provisional and done without verifying documents.
Originals are checked when you report for the interview. A candidate found ineligible on age, qualification or experience is not interviewed and gets no travel reimbursement.
The interview is the only scored stage. SBI decides the qualifying marks and does not publish them in advance. Venue and centre are fixed by the bank and cannot be changed on request.
Candidates are ranked in descending order of interview marks. At the cut-off, equal scorers are ordered by age, oldest first.
An offer depends on medical fitness, reference reports, antecedent and police verification, and a relieving or discharge certificate from your current employer.
Travel Reimbursement: Outstation candidates called for interview get economy airfare by the shortest route from their place of posting or residence (whichever is nearer), capped at ₹10,000 to-and-fro or actual cost, whichever is lower. Keep tickets and boarding passes. Local taxi or car travel is not reimbursed. Government and PSU employees who do not bring a No Objection Certificate lose both candidature and reimbursement.
10. Job Profile, KRAs and What the SBI SCO Interview Will Test
The Chief Manager will lead the design and approval of new forex and rupee derivative products, and the Manager will research equities, forex and debt and support product development. Because the interview is the only scored stage, the duties listed in the notice are the best guide to what the panel will probe.
| Responsibility in the Notice | Post | Likely Interview Focus (Our Assessment) |
|---|---|---|
| Conceptualise and develop new derivative instruments | Chief Manager | Forwards, options, cross-currency swaps, interest rate swaps and how a product is structured for a client's hedging need |
| Macroeconomic and interest-rate research for product suitability | Chief Manager | Rate cycle, RBI policy stance, rupee outlook and how they change a client's hedge |
| Product notes, risk disclosures and approval documentation | Chief Manager | Suitability, mis-selling risk and the RBI framework on derivative products for users |
| Coordinate with risk, legal, internal audit and IT for approvals | Chief Manager | Stories of taking a product from idea to launch through compliance |
| Work with CTMU/RTMUs to raise derivative penetration | Chief Manager | Selling to corporate and retail clients through SBI's treasury marketing units |
| Mentor AVP-level team members | Chief Manager | Team leadership and review of analysts' work |
| Fundamental and technical research across equities, forex and debt | Manager | Valuation methods, chart-based views and a recent call you made and why |
| Track central bank policy, geopolitics, earnings, bond yields and currencies | Manager | Current RBI and US Federal Reserve stance, yield curve, rupee drivers |
| Build financial models and valuation reports | Manager | Walk-through of a model you built; assumptions and sensitivity |
| Research notes, market outlook and sectoral reports | Manager | Writing samples; how you turn research into a trading-desk view |
The Manager post's formal KRAs will be finalised after selection, and SBI says the listed duties are illustrative. Both posts stay in the Specialist cadre with no route into the General cadre, so the panel will also want to know whether you see a long career in treasury products rather than general banking.
Preparation Tip: Bring two or three concrete examples from your own work: a product or hedge you structured, a research call with its outcome, and a time you worked with a compliance or risk team. Specialist panels tend to reward specific numbers and decisions over textbook definitions.
11. Chief Manager or Manager: Which SBI SCO Post Fits Your Profile?
Apply for Manager if you have 3 to 6 years of post-MBA research in any of equity, forex or debt; apply for Chief Manager only if you have at least 7 years specifically in forex and rupee markets. Candidates who meet both sets of conditions may apply for both, and SBI retains the last completed application for each post.
| Your Profile (as on 30.09.2026) | Manager | Chief Manager |
|---|---|---|
| MBA + 2 years equity research, age 27 | Not eligible (experience short) | Not eligible |
| MBA + 4 years equity research, age 29 | Eligible | Not eligible (age and field) |
| MBA + 5 years treasury FX desk, age 31 | Eligible | Not eligible (needs 7 years) |
| MBA + 8 years FX and rupee derivatives, age 35 | Eligible | Eligible — consider both |
| MBA + 9 years FX sales, age 38 (UR) | Not eligible (over 36) | Eligible |
| MBA + 12 years rates research, age 42 (UR) | Not eligible | Not eligible (over 40) |
| B.Com + CA + 5 years equity research, no MBA | Not eligible unless an MBA-equivalent is held | Not eligible |
The last row is the most common surprise. CA, CFA, FRM and CMA are only preferred additions; on their own they do not replace the mandatory MBA, PGDM, PGDBM or PGDBA. The overlap zone for both posts is roughly ages 30 to 36 with 7 or more years of forex and rupee-market experience.
12. How to Apply for SBI SCO Product & Research 2026
Apply online through the SBI careers portal by 23 November 2026: register, upload your photo, signature and documents, then pay the fee. No hard copy is sent to SBI, and nothing can be corrected after final submission.
Go to sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings, scroll to Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/26 and download the full advertisement and the Biodata Form.
Scan your photo, signature and every PDF document to the size limits given in the next section. The form will not register without the photo and signature.
Fill in your details. If you save midway, the system issues a provisional registration number and password; note both. You can reopen and edit the saved form only three times.
Each document has its own upload link. Use Preview to confirm every file opened correctly, because uploaded documents cannot be changed after submission.
Check every field, then submit and pay through the integrated gateway by debit card, credit card or internet banking. No edits are allowed once you move to payment.
After a successful payment, an e-receipt and the application form with the submission date are generated. Print and keep both; they can be reprinted later from the portal.
One Live Application per Post: If you submit more than one application for the same post, SBI keeps only the last completed one and forfeits the fee paid on the others. Use a working email ID and mobile number and keep them active until the result; call letters arrive only by email or on the SBI website.
13. Documents Required and Upload Specifications
SBI requires 11 uploads, including the photo, signature, resume, ID and date-of-birth proof, degree certificate, experience certificates, the bank's Biodata Form, and a Form-16, offer letter or latest salary slip. Applications missing mandatory documents are not considered for shortlisting.
| # | Document | Format | Mandatory? |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Recent photograph and signature | JPG/JPEG | Yes |
| 2 | Detailed resume | Yes | |
| 3 | ID proof | Yes | |
| 4 | Proof of date of birth | Yes | |
| 5 | Caste and PwBD certificates | If applicable | |
| 6 | Degree certificate (MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA) | Yes | |
| 7 | Experience certificates | Yes | |
| 8 | Preferred certificate (CFA/FRM/CA/CMA) | If held | |
| 9 | SBI Biodata Form, filled, signed and scanned | Yes | |
| 10 | Form-16 / offer letter / latest salary slip | Yes | |
| 11 | No Objection Certificate from current employer | Mandatory at interview for Govt/PSU/PSB staff |
| File | Size | Dimensions | Key Rules |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photograph | 20 – 50 KB | 200 × 230 px (preferred) | Recent colour passport-style photo, light background, no cap or dark glasses; religious headwear allowed if the face is uncovered |
| Signature | 10 – 20 KB | 140 × 60 px (preferred) | Black ink on white paper, signed by you; CAPITAL LETTERS not accepted |
| Documents | Up to 500 KB each | A4 page size | PDF only; scan at 200 dpi or more in true colour and make sure the text is readable |
The salary-slip or Form-16 upload is worth noting: SBI asks for proof of your current compensation at the application stage, which helps the bank judge seniority and fit. Make sure the employer name on it matches your experience certificate.
14. Common Mistakes That Can Cost You the SBI SCO Interview Call
Most SBI SCO rejections at this level come from proof problems, not from a lack of skill: experience letters that do not name the field, certificates dated outside the allowed windows, or experience counted from before the MBA.
| Mistake | Consequence | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Counting internships or pre-MBA work as experience | Found ineligible at document verification; no interview, no travel refund | Count from the date the MBA-level qualification was completed |
| Experience letter without the research or forex function named | Experience may not be accepted | Ask HR for a letter that names the desk, role and dates |
| Degree certificate silent on Finance specialisation | Specialisation preference may not apply | Get a specialisation certificate from the university or college |
| OBC certificate issued before 1 April 2026 | OBC claim rejected; candidature cancelled | Obtain a fresh OBC-NCL certificate dated 1 April 2026 or later |
| PwBD certificate dated after 23 November 2026 | Candidature liable for rejection | Use a certificate dated on or before the last date |
| No NOC from Govt/PSU/bank employer at interview | Candidature not considered; no travel reimbursement | Apply for the NOC as soon as you submit the form |
| Hiding a pending criminal case | Selection cancelled even after joining | Disclose pending cases at the interview as required |
| Waiting for the last day | Portal congestion; SBI takes no responsibility | Submit and pay at least a few days before 23 November 2026 |
15. General Instructions and Post-Selection Conditions
